Default Dyno #'s?

I took my CBR600 F4i to the dyno today to test out a K&N air filter and PC3.

I was suprised but I actually lost power with the PC3 and download from Dyno Jet.

I have a Yosh RS-3 slip on and it made 99.8hp with 16k on the clock w/no PC3 or K&N filter. I was pretty impressed.

What are you guys making for power?

you lost power and were impressed at the same time? Uh, I got some nice copper engravings of Abraham Lincoln I will sell you for $10 a piece.

100hp at the rear wheel? Sounds good to me for an F4i.

The downloaded maps are rarely a good fit. Custom maps are the only valid use for a PCIII. This is from my old 600RR but you can see it was making 99.x with the downloaded map and the difference when they were done with the custom map. +9HP ain't bad.

9 is good and plus its a solid gain over the whole range, not just more top end. when i get some money to burn i am going to get my bike custom tuned and all, it could defiantly use it.

i know this is a noob question, but how do you "custom tune" your pcIII just run dyno's adjust and run again?
