Double Bubble windscreen question
Puig does put a Warning on the windscreen:
"According to the direction the bike is parked on a sunny spots, the sunbeams may cause a magnifying glass effect that can melt the panels. We advise not to leave the bike on a sunny spots; in case there is no option, the bike should be pointing to the sun. Motoplastic decline any responsibility on damages originated by the no observation of this warning."
BTW - this is verbatim off the label.

You can tuck under it a little easier so you don't get as much turbulence on the highway or the track.
HOLY Dog S*^t. Mysteriously there was a melted indentation on my guage cluster one day and for the longest time I had no Idea how it got there. It bugged me for soooo long. Well mystery solved it was my windscreen that did it. I'm not sure what brand mine is since it was installed by the previous owner but mine is a dark tinted. I live in southern Cali and when I'm at work it sits in the open sun all day.
I did my first trip with my Puig Racing dark smoke windscreen and noticed less turbulence on my chest highway riding. It's also easier to tuck behind. But best of all - it looks way cooler than the stock windscreen.
