So finally its time to take apart my baby. Got many upgrades to install - here's the list

Hotbodies flushmounts
Xenon headlamps
Gear changer indicator (acumen)
K&N air filter
Fairing pocket meshes
frame sliders
Ape manual CCT
new right fairing decals
spraying of crankcase covers (matte black)
budge up a small dent i head on the front rim
EBC front and rear brake pads
fullservice with iridium plugs etc.

Its ultra easy to play around with this bike if you know what u r doing. What i plan to do next time i dismantle my bike?

Sand down the down pipes and spray them with high temp manifold spray.
Power commander
hugger and undertail

 

looks sick bro, could you email the details of what you did to dismantle and spray the crankcase covers as well as with the Xenon headlamps (steps of taking apart, type of spray/lights used, etc).....i'm lookin to do the same to change that awkward tan to match the bike.....thx (specialk@wpi.edu)
