When did you start your project anyway? I plan to do all my major projects that would take my bike out of commission during the winter.

Flush your brakes. Trust me. Mine is an 06 and I got it with 2529 miles on it. And the brake fluid looked like this:

Took her for a test ride after flushing, deglazing the brake pads, bleeding the brakes and cleaning the rotors. Feels like a completely different set of brakes.

Ouch! Is that from condensation/water build up in the system? Ya I know my brake fluid does not look like that. I can tell per the reservoir thats its the normal dark color. Almost looks like someone filled up your system with a bodily fluid But yes, I plan to change the brake fluid and oil next for piece of mind. The coolant I will let be, as the bike runs at normal temps as it should

Really? OEM fluid or aftermarket? Am I missing something? The fluid in my reservoir is dark brown, as I assumed it should be

Brake fluid is nearly clear depending on who makes it. It should not be a dark fluid.

As for beer, I'm killing a 12 pack of Guinness now that the days riding is done. Least corona is better than that fruity Smirnoff crap my girl drinks. I've gone to the bar at midnight to grab a real beer rather than touch one of that chit.
