I was searching for a less expensive slip-on exhaust for my F4i since all my money is going to my 300ZX TT swap and found this on eBay:

I tried searching on here and only found one mention of it being just made for the R6 and someone retrofitting it for the F4i. It looks like it is now made for the F4i. I found two sound clips from the same guy, but it is hard to tell how loud it really is in person. I was wondering if anyone has any personal experience with this exhaust. Thanks.

as far as i know no one here has it. but im not 100% sure

it has been made for the f4i for a bit. and i personally dont like the way it sounds from the clips-run your pipe with just a mid or open header and then pretend its a little quieter, not much, but a little and thats how loud that pipe would be, theres not much to the "muffler" part
if u dont want a loud exhaust dont get it

 

Actually there are a few threads on this exhaust. IMO, its cheap and looks and sounds like chit. I remember when I was younger and had dual cutouts on my LS1 WS6 right after the headers...sounded like a raw engine speed boat...I thought I was cool...then I turned 17

Sounds like chit...get a deep solid exhaust like devil/M4 or two bro's

The novelty of a loud exhaust (whether it be car or bike) wears off in about 2 weekends...then it goes from cool to annoying and you may think people are turning their head like "wow thats sick" but theyr actually wishing they had a .50 cal Barrett to shut the noise up

 

that pipe sounds like garbage imo. i am running a high mount scorpion exhaust on my 02 f4i and it sounds great, and it looks sexy too!

 

Not sure how you can call something garbage when you dont get a true sound test. The microphone on that camera is what is garbage and the bike was barely revved. But it does look pretty bad. The person who thought that extended lip looked good should go back to erector sets.

 

ive been questioning that guys pipes for a while and no one felt like taking me seriously...

im sure build quality is fine making a exhasut isnt a complex art... personally wish it was high mount...

For being on a hand held cam it sounds ok to me.

 

I keep thinking about this too. Every time I ask somebody they always say "this exhaust is better". Personally D&D is super loud and people buy that. Wounder how different this is from that one.

 

its not much diff from a d&d, but if u want that sound just run no pipe. itll be close to the same
