Corbin seats for f4i

The bracket is probably only necessary for the banana seat - I doubt you'd need anything extra for a split seat (I didn't for my driver seat).

In my opinion, the Corbin helps seat you properly, even if that does mean moving the weight you need to support elsewhere. You can help alleviate strain on your arms by not riding for a long time (give yourself breaks to stretch if you're traveling long distances), vary your body positioning, use your legs to help support your weight (squeeze the tank), etc.

I would double check on Corbin's website. I do have the banana seat, but both front and rear seats lock into that bracket, so you might need it.

As far as long rides... The main reason i wanted the corbin was for the long rides. To be more comfortable. I do take frequent breaks and change riding positions often but the fact remains that it is higher and further back causing your body weight to rest on your arms and wrists which accelerate fatigue.

I checked, and on the split seat, the front doesn't require anything extra. The rear requires two additional brackets.
