clutch? or tranny?

Default clutch? or tranny?

hey guys, i got a 04 f4i and was out today driving (not too hard) and did 2 shifts w/o the clutch. seemed to work fine till i got home. i noticed that the bike wants to move foward very slowly w/ the clutch in. and its a little more difficult to shift into nuetral. i know yall have seen this b4. i did search a little. please help.

Probally needs the clutch adjusted, sounds as if you do not have enough free play in the lever

i'm bout to try to adjust it. right now it has zero play in it. thanks

well, i went out and saw that most of the treads were already showing form the adjuster on the clutch. i loosend it as much as i could and it still has no play....i see a "major adjustment" in this manual but i dont know where to locate it. anybody done this before?

the "major adjuster" is located right behind your right side fairing just unbolt 3 of fairng bolt and u'll have access to it
