Let me know how it goes - I still need to decide if it's a good winter project for mine - I'm not taking anything apart till it snows!

I sat on it, and revved from 8k to 5k as slowly as I could and I heard nothing. Then I asked the guy to ride around me around 5k rpms and I still heard nothing.

Then I bought the bike and paid close attention whenever the tach was around 5k. The bike vibrates quite a bit around that engine speed, but I didn't hear anything out of the ordinary.

I think my CCT is good for now.

Is engine vibes related at all to the CCT?

I posted a few weeks ago about my motor blowing up. I dont understand how everyone says it has no effect on the bike when the CCT needs to be replaced. I was told that was the cause of my bike jumping time

Really guys this is easy. I haven't changed one on the F4I but I have on handa with the same cct in it. It took about 35 40 minutes plastic back on and tools put away. Can't rememeber what it cost, but I would guess high 30's with the new gasket.
