Changing fork oil

I've lost my workshop manual cd and I'm stiil waiting on a replacement, does the fact the the F4i (FSport) in my case has cartridge forks make it any more/less difficult to change the fork oil?

Looks like you never got an answer to this. I'm looking too. IIRC fork/ shockoil should be changed annually.
