Changing air filter. Question.
I own a 2005 Honda CBR F4i
I'm changing my air filter for the first time (around 11,000 miles) and have a question.
I ordered a K & N air filter that is compatible with my bike as far as I know and I noticed the original air filter looks different.
The original looks like you can remove the filter and place a new one inside of the compartment and then put the whole thing back in, but the screws/bolts seem like they are not meant to be taken apart, which makes me believe its one piece.
The K & N filter just looks like you place in it.
Is this right? I'm kind of waiting to put it all back together without some advice, Thanks for any advice.

The filter is one piece--funny looking shape, kind of trapezoidal. Slip it in and slip it out. Nothing to it.
Just remove the perimeter screws and the one screw in the middle of the housing. (All the same screws.) Don't lose the little aluminum bushings in the flexible rubber covers along the side of filter housing.
