Default Chains

So I was lookin around for a new chain to put on my '02 F4i but I don't know much about them. Are there certain kinds that people prefer?

Also, I would like to know how many links my chain is. Can anyone help me out with that? My back sprocket is a 56t

I like RK chains myself. If you're buying only a chain and not new sprockets make sure to get the right size of chain to match your sprockets (520, 525, 530). As for how many links you need with a 56T rear, I have no idea. All I can tell you is that 108 links works on the factory setup of 16 Front/46 Rear and also works with 15 Front/46 Rear, beyond that i'm not sure.

You may want to inspect your sprockets first. If they look worn or soon to need replacing i'd just get a kit (chain and both sprockets).

both of my sprockets are in fairly good condition, the guy i bought the bike from put sprockets on it and barely rode it so they're pretty new, but he didn't replace the chain

RK & D.I.D are OEM suppliers for Honda. Both are excellent choices.
