Tensioner lifter - Part # 14520-MBW-J24 - $52.44
Gasket - Part # 14523-MAL-A00 - $ 1.63
I have ordered several parts from Service Honda and never had any issues with them.
Oops, thought you were asking about the tensioner, kaz. The allen you should be able to get at an auto parts store. Lowes, sears, etc I would think.
