The damage is 10x what it was and I was paid out last time purely on mine and my mechanics word about damage, no pictures, nothing... just the estimate but I have that and no one will see it...
And I was under no obligation to even get it fixed... what I'm hoping is even though there was say a 1 inch scratch on the fairing, I could live with it and keep the cash... now though, the fairing is a complete mess! So I want this to be paid out in full for yesterdays damage, not for them to go knocking cash off saying well it had a scratch already...

If hit your car and stuffed in a panel but it had a scratch already I would still expect to have to pay you for a new panel???
