Can anyone recommend a good cell phone mount?
I have a Scott’s steering stabilizer so I can’t mount on center of handlebars so not sure which direction to go in. Figured I’d ask you guys.

You could try one of these:
Genuine RAM Motorcycle Brake / Clutch Handlebar Mount with 1" Ball - RAM-B-309-1 (link no longer works but description is good and will allow you to search)
Then a mount of your choice either ram or anything that used the 1" ball fitting.
