Smile Cam Chain help!!

Hey guys,
Earlier this year I bought my first bike...02 cbr600 f4i with a little under 16,000 miles on it. I already figured out the CCTL is going out and i'm replacing it saturday...a honda mechanic informed me to also replace to chain as well. So! I got the chain, cctl, head gasket and oil and filter. The only thing I havent been able to find "How to" for is the Cam chain itself. I found a thread for 1000f model....but I dont think its safe to go by those instructions for F4i. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Cool Update

So...today at 10 am...to ohhhh around 3 pm... the cctl is off and out... I looked at chain and such through crank shaft...seems to look okay...I tryed getting the old gasket off of cctl..did not work out the way i intended ( it broke ). So im on hold until I get the gasket and new washers and bolts. My fault for F'n that one up..but holy crap thats a tight spot to work around. I did notice on the tip of cctl was a rub spot compared to new one..so something was def. not right. Plus, it had the orange dot, new one has two blue.
I decided to only replace this cam chain unless the new cctl or something is tickin around inside. Hopefully not some valves or such. I may upload some pics to show the old cctl wear. To be cont..
