hey, i am 19, and this will be my first bike (01-03 F4i). i called insurance and they said it would be around 1500 per year. is this normal for someone like me, or is there a good insurance company who doesnt rob motorcycle customers? lol

 

is this for liability or full coverage. If it is for full coverage that doesn't sound too bad to me. Who are you going through?

ur getting robbed, im 19 turning 20 in like 6 days, and i only pay 200 a year, its not full coverage or anything but i have a very good insurance policy. ive never had any tickets or accidents though so that might affect the price alot

 

i just got my quote for my 04 cbr f4i, 325 a year full coverage allstate

 

see if Country is available where you are... i pay $22 a month for full coverage, even non-insured coverage.

 

im goin through farmers, but the lady is making it based on the cc's of the bike, i dont guess she is really looking...i dunno, ill try to see what i can do

When I was 21 and bought my '02 Katana 600.....I called Progressive (who I have my auto insurance through) and they said $3,600 a year!!!!!!!!!

I was like...ummm...no....that would've been more in insurance that I would've paid in 2 years than the bike's value/cost

 

yea its a shopping game, im going through progressive, some say its not as good of a deal, but i think i got a good deal.

 

those of you stating full covergae for 25 a month and around that what do u consider full coverage? collision unisured motorist and everything? if so please share who you go through im 23 no tickets or accidents and min full covergage with a 500 deductible is still running 1227 a yr.
