Brake pedal angle

I bought a used brake pedal from ebay and it has a weird angle with the tip pointing up. Looks bent to me, but I wanted to check with you guys before trying to send it back.

That brake foot lever is indeed bent upwards. Most likely from a crash or tip over. Probably wouldn't work so well.

I think it's bent. If you want to save money you can ask them for a discount and then keep it and bend it back into place. I bent mine back and it works fine for over a year now.
