Just wondering.....

Mine is silver, but was just wondering ifany of the 2001-2006 F4i's came with a flat black or gloss black gas cap from the factory???

 

not that I have ever seen, and my bike is silver/black, a black gas cap would look sweet on mine.....I was about to buy one of the carbon fiber cap covers...

Yeah.....I've seen the "chrome" & "carbon fiber" covers for the gas cap, but I'm anti (fake) carbon fiber on my bike.

I was gonna have it powder coated black, but the guy didn't wanna risk putting it in the oven since it has plastic (around the key insert) AND on the back there is a rubber seal also which could've gotten messed up

I figured they were all silver, but was just wondering anyways......wish it was black though
