Best motorcycle jack/stand...post your favorite
i have a project bike...also my first bike that i will be working on alot this summer. I am going to need either a jack or a stand for the bike. What are some recommendations...
i know there are plenty that lift only the rear but i think i need something that lifts the front end also (as for i have a bent fork that needs replacing)
post what you use and where you got it along with if you think its right for me. Thanks guys

PitBull are definately the "best" IMHO, are extremely sturdy and well made.
I've seen every other brand mentioned here have an issue of some kind: bend, warp, collapse, have the wheels come off, scratch the bikes, etc. Granted, these were all at tracks where they get heavy usage, thrown around, etc.
Depends on what you want the stands to do. If you want to put the bike up on stands and then climb on and practice hanging off and techniques, I wouldn't try that with anything but PitBulls. Uneven ground, dirt paddock at a race track? PitBull. If you just want to carefully support the bike in your garage, the inexpensive models should work fine.
