it also depends on what he meant by special order...like if he was gonna sell u a yuasa for 150 I would say alright. but if he says u cant use a 600rr battery...thats bs.

+1 to the post above me. go out an buy a voltmeter..wont cost u more then 10-15 bucks. Then u can narrow it down to what is causing the problem

 

mine did the exact same thing as his, it was just my battery. im not saying 100% thats his prob but it could be just the batt
