Yeap! This happened to me about 3 weeks ago (only had the bike for 2 months or so). It was my right bar end as well.

yeah happened to me, except I parked it and when I put the stand down, the bump from the bike being put on its stand made the bolt fall out. The end was barely staying there from teh grip holding it. Put it back on with some loctite and its been happy ever since. I used red, whats the difference between red and blue?

Mine would constantly come loose. I called the dealer and was told the normal vibration from the engine caused it. I could always tell when they were getting loose because my fingers would start to go numb while riding. After a boring night at work Googling random crap, I found these http://manicsalamander.com/bar_end_weight_hollow.htm
I would recomend these to anyone. These things are awesome. I bought the ones with the throttle lock (cruise control) and I love em. Kinda a bitch to put in tho, factors honda weight bars are a pain to get out. They also sell a direct bolt on replacement that are cheaper. The stainless steel looks sharp.

My RS bar end got loose during a trackday on Labor day weekend.
I noticed the rs bar grip felt "loose" towards the end of the session. Pulled into the pits got off the bike and saw that the bolt was almost completely out! Tightened it up, good to go!
