Audi lights and HID's

I highly doubt heat had anything to do with those LEDs going out. I've got the exact same strips stuck in my bike, some of which are directly against parts that get hot from the motor. They go out because of broken solder joints in the strip, which can be a combination of manufacturer error and too much bending.

yeah,i have 10,000 k blue and the strip started to separate on the side where the main headlight lit up up top. the other side was fine, this time i used aluminum tape to shield that area as well as give it a little more strenth, i used strips from oznium and they are great about replacing faulty items.

i ordered some leds from oznium to do audi style lights on my headlight and they dont seem to be working. i quickly hooked them up to my battery and nothing happened? do i need to hook up resistors ?

na they should be 12v ready, check your polarities on both wiresevry once in a while the colors of the wires are reversed(mass production flaw maybe)
