Hey good looking out. I was ready to spend $35 on eBay for the front and back solid vinyl. Cheapest I could find on there. I seen some that were double the price. I'll just search around town, thanks.

Ok. for a second time now.
m2kmike is the seller.
bought the seat off him from here. paid with paypal.
his email response time was long to begin with. And don't believe the crap where he says he checks email more than PMS on the forums as I did BOTH.
Paid, he says he shipped.
waited, waited, emailed asking for tracking number, nothing. waited waited.
weeks pass, get impatient. he emails me back saying tracking number is in the paypal transaction. he input it there.
Checked, paypal. nothing.
Few days later, paypal emails me saying seller updated status to shipped in paypal transaction. I go and check, it indeed finally says shipped, but no tracking number. field is blank.
No email response....
waited, waited.
Finally he emails me back saying he put in "*** Court Tutor" instead of "*** Tutor COurt"
1. WHo the hell makes a stupid mistake like that, and 2. canada post would have still been able to deliver it if my postal code was put on properly.
He offers to re-ship it, as the postal company sent it back to him
I figured Its only a few days longer and I can not put a paypal dispute in.
So I ask for old tracking number to see if he is lieing or not.
No response (go figure.....btw, just to mention, my *** is hurting all this time without my corbin seat...LOL)
Paypal dispute filed.
He respondes right away with offer for refund or to ship it.
i reply with i want old tracking number to prove he actually shipped it the first time then I will decide which route I want to go.
No response....waited waited...
finally time is up so I escalate to Paypal Claim.
No response....lalalala.
Paypal just closed the case the other day and says i will receive refund soon. but I still havent received it yet my money has been in limbo since mid-summer because of this bafoon who is clearly trying to scam me and more members.

BTW, the picture in the ebay auction is identical to the one from his for sale thread.

Shadow, if you want timestamps and dates and such, I'll have to do more digging in my email and paypal which I dont have a lot of time for, but if you need it, I'll do it. But i'll need a week or so. 60 hour backshift weeks at work suck.

 

And as I wrote that, just got my paypal credit today.
yay.

I was gonna say...if I didn't get my money back, who wants to get me some rough justice? LOL But its all good now for me.
However, he should still be banned.

No problem brother. I've had thousands and thousands of dollars worth of stuff stolen from me in the past 5 years. I hate thieve. It's like all of my cloths say steal my sh*t on them or something and I just can't find out where.
