Default Anyone else riding in or around Queens, NYC?

I got my 2006 4Fi three weeks ago, and I'm loving it. This is actually my first bike after taking the MSF basic rider's course last summer.

Anyone else riding in or around Queens, NYC? If so, any suggestions for some fun late night rides?

Thanks,
Dan

take it down to "the bump" on 9A manhattan west side heading south...dont know what the bump is? Ride that highway and you'll know >:-D..youll get completely airborne if your going even 50 in a car..a bike would probably look like you went over a MX jump..haha

in all actuality though..i really suggest you dont try that ;-p
welcome to the forum man!

Default wsh

haha. Maybe if I was trying out for the x-games ... give me 5 yrs, and then i'll hit "the bump". lol or, maybe not.

thanks for the heads up ... mental note ... stay away from the WSH.

i was riding Queens Blvd around 10:30pm last night. So annoying with all the stop and go and taxi cabs swerving around. At least it's good practice with my downshifting and manuevering though. lol.

Default staten island

No, I actually took my MSF course last August at Queens College.

Nice ... I was actually planning on riding to Staten Island tonight. I was going to head down to the south beach area. A friend of mine just bought a harley nightster, and I was gonna take the ride to check it out.

Cool. South beach is a nice area...at least compared to other parts of staten island..but beware...staten island is notorious for potholes.
