Default another problem...

ok here it goes....
as i stated a week ago, my bike turned off while i was riding, so i did some research and had only 2 answers...-FPR or spark plugs...since i have 30k on it(06' f4i) i changed the spark plugs with oem NGK...and also my oil, drained the coolant and refiled with new liquid(if this helps)...
i'm still waiting for my FPR( a couple a days), so i didn't change it yet...
now, before putting my bike on the stands, it would start but with bad idling...
after i changed all of the above(yesterday) i started the bike once for 5 seconds and it was running fine...
this morning i tried again andit doesn't wanna fire up!!!!
1. i hear the fuel pump...it's working...
2. the rectifier's good...
3. it cranks up...but doesn't wanna start....

Now what i think:
1. the battery might not have enough voltage...
2. something's wrong with the spark plugs...

So what do you guys think????

Lots of people seem to be having a very simlilar problem. If it cranks hard I would not recommend a new battery as its a $125 and it didn't help me any. My bike is doing the same. It cranks hard but wont fire up. I replaced the plugs and it didn't help, so know I need to make sure they are getting spark. Then its either fuel or electrical. Right now I'm leaning toward electrical.

Fuel pressure reg goes bad. Fuel seeps past and floods the middle two cylinders. Check your two inside plugs and see if they are fouled with gas. Chances are good they are.
