Default Adjusting stock suspension.

I do not have a manual for my 03 F4i, and I'm wanting to know how to adjusting the suspension. On the forks at the top/bottom, on the rear cylinder, etc. They have a little dial going from H to S (hard to soft). Do I turn the dial just from point to point, or can they be turned more than one revolution? In any case, I need to revert them back to ZERO wherever it is, so I can know what setting they're at and go from there. Thanks!

I have my front shocks on hard. the only thing I did is get a nickel and turn it the hard direction, it went around a few times and then it got to a point where it stops.

I did this nice write up on my suspension "mod", but couldn't submit it.

Basically, added 20 mm of oil on the front forks. The bike is night and day.
