adjusting bolt

Default adjusting bolt

i cant seem to get things right sometimes w the first bike, good thing got good 2nd hand deal on it, i just adjust chain tension and this time adjusting bolts were turned outta synch, so now ive been going bac n forth tryin to get the wobble effect i hear in the rear tire at around 40mphs and on to go away buy readjusting that bolt, trying to make it even on both sides and im not having much luck, any tips about that? thanks again

get some calipers and measure from the back of the swingarm.
+1 or a set of dividers if you have one. Or anything with a marked distance to use as a reference. Don't go by the indicators for chain adjustment, they aren't that accurate.
