Default 2005 cbr600f4i UN-lowering

Hey guys! New to the forums here. I have recently traded my 2001 DRZ400S with 3600 miles for a 2005 cbr600f4i with 18k on the odometer (lower than 18k, gear ratio was changed.) When we traded, he said that the previous owner lowered it a couple inches and that he had messed with the handlebars' position.

How do I remove the lowering links? And how do I adjust the handlebars? I've heard you need to do something about removing a tab bit I'm not sure how to, videos or pics would be appreciated.

Here's a pic of the bike!

Had to do this last year when I picked up my 2002.

Post #14 in this thread is how I did mine: https://cbrforum.com/forum/f4i-main-...-163144/page2/

Do you have a better picture of the bars as I can't really make them out, looks like you might just need the original clip ons, or leave as is the extra height might suit you.

Front-end is usually lowered by sliding fork-tube up through clamps & bars.

Doesn't appear to have been done on yours. Maybe just aftermarket clip-ons with less rise in bars themselves. But suspension looks stock height.
