Hi. I know this is an old post, but would like to say I have figured out how to get it past that 180kmh limit.
on ecu plug you must cut and bridge over the green wire to the black and white wire. And also unplug the pink and green wire. Witch is the speed sensor wire that goes to the ecu.
there is an figured light that pops up like after 130kmh due to the speed sensor wire being disconnected. It hardly matters though. at least you will be able to get your 250kmh + top speed out of it.
sadly for the jap spec ones the instrument cluster is stil caped to 180. I'm still working on a way to fix that and to get rid of the fi light.

Cars and bikes. You may have to swap not only the 'ECU', but the gauge cluster as well.
