2001 Honda F4i Question
Ok so as I had mentioned earlier, I plan on buying my friends 2001 F4i. But heres the deal...it has a salvages title. It was in a wreck and had whatever was wrong replaced. I have looked at it myself and cant tell that theres anything wrong, but then again I dunno what to look for either. So how does 3k sound for this bike? What would be a fair price? Because I was thinking if I do buy it and want to upgrade later to a bigger one, I prolly wont get anything for a bike with a salvaged title. So lemme hear everyones .02 please.

RE: 2001 Honda F4i Question
Its a good looking bike, how many miles? 3,000 is a great price slavage title or not, I think youll get your money back easy as long as its in the same condition. I bought a 2000 katana olast year for 3000 and sold it a year later for the same! It had a slavage title. Depends on the buyer, but 3000 is a great price.

RE: 2001 Honda F4i Question
If he has already gone through the trouble of making it a rebuilt title, then go for it. If it isnt rebuilt then you have to send the bike and title to a place that can rebuild titles before you can license it. Atleast thats how it is here. My buddy had to do that and it took him forever to get his bike back. He bought it wrecked though and fixed it up, It was pretty sweet after he got down. All flat black paint job and no decals.
