So I'm looking at upgrading my dash cluster from the analogue to a one with a digital readout for the speedo, but i want to keep it as stock as possible. has anyone had experience doing this and is there any conversion kits out there that are a drop in replacement?

Where is your bike from? (I'm going to guess not from the USA since you spelled it analogue) I thought all 2001 had digital speedo and analog tach.

 

I've never seen an F4i from anywhere that didn't already have a electric speedo and mileage display. So in this case I'd suggest swapping in just about any F4i dash.
