Note that this means IAT and injector 3 circuit. There's more to it than just those components. Follow manual's procedure to test and measure:
- reference 5v supply
- ground wire continuity
- shorts on signal wire
- continuity of signal wire
- calibration of IAT sensor itself
Most of time, it's wiring issue with corroded or broken wiring or connectors.
