Default 1990 VFR Front Wheel For My F4i Mock Up

Aweasol said I needed a newer vfr wheel so I was like crap...

So I decided to mock it up and see how it all goes. Did run into a little problem since I ordered a 1990 vfr…

Buuuuuuuut since It came with the axle and axle spacers as well as disks, it all works out because as long as I use the stock f4i axle with the vfr spavers everything lines up…

I will need like two washers though to space my calipers in a little bit… not much though… reason I ran into the problem is because the old vfr rims is a smaller rim rather than a 17” lol so ill have staggered rims… but ill try and up the front tire size so you wont even be able to tell

in this pic u can see where im using the washers for spacers... i only need two small ones for each bolt... im going to be purchasing some nice stainless ones to prevent rust...

why do you say that van? And na it shouldn't be hard to find tires...

as for returns prolly not it was a individual off ebay...

I'm not really to worried about it. It won't really change anything.. Or at least I don't thhink so

i only say that bc of the tires i havent looked for that size tho BUT what you could do-that would look sick is...

do a 190 50 17 rear, and then a 120 70 (16.5-or whatever size front it is) and then lower it a little in the front and a little in the back too, i might have a linkage to do that also
that would make the bike look pretty cool i think

itll make your rotors look bigger too-which will be nice

As was said above, it is much harder to find tires in a 16. I had a 86 VFR that I sold last year and had one hell of a time finding a decent tire for a decent price. I love having a 17 now. Soo much easier and cheaper to get tires.

I ended up getting a set of cheap tires from royal distributing. Some chinese name brand. I believe shark or something like that. They were garbage but any name brand tire I was left with 1-2 choices and expensive.
