ok--so its my first bike, so i got a little emotional and bought it hastily, though i got a good price on it (6K) after owning it for 2 months i've grown to hate this one piece seat. especially when i see all the other new bikes with the two piecer.....can anyone help me on where i could find a new tail fairing that fits this frame that has a 2 piece seat? is there a kit? i've talked to some fiberglass guys in town but nobody is willing to cut the seat and mould a back piece to split it up....anyone please helllllp! email me at hopkinslax12@aol.com. thanks

 

i havent seen any two piece seats made for your bike but you have two more options. i read that you can use the seats from an earlier F4I with had the seperate saddles or you can get a rear seat cowl which make the bike look like theres only one seat.

 

www.corbin.com they have a 2 piece seat for the F4i super comfy and yup super expensive....ask yourself ....is my *** worth it? LOL

 

If it bugs you, just do a 01-03 F4i conversion.

If you are interested PM me. I have a subframe, undertray, taillight, and tail cowl that I may be willing to part with. You would just need the seats, passenger peg brackets and that's about it.
