Default 04' F4i Engine Miss

I have an 04 CBR 600 F4i. Just recently it has started to have an engine miss after riding for about 1/2 day. First I thought it was the fuel, so I ran some fuel treatment thru it and it stopped. But now this weekend it has started again. First time it did this the FI light came on and it quit. This time it has the miss but no FI light coming on and has not quit running. It does this mostly when the throttle position is at low throttle or barely on. Go past this position and it stops. Usually about 4000 rpm or less. Does this have to do with the computer? Does anybody know how to reset the computer?
This whole thing started after I had to disconnect the battery cables to install my led rear turn signals. Any thoughts?
Need your input.
Thanks

What do you mean by "missing?" Did the FI light flash just once? I'm not sure on the banana seat F4is but I'd imagine it's the same, check under your seat for a little wire/connector coming off the ECU that isn't connected to anything, stick a paperclip or something in it to ground it out, turn the key to "on" with the kill switch set to "run" and let the bike prime and do it's gauge sweep, then if your FI light starts flashing those are codes it's giving. A long flash is equal to 10, a short flash is equal to 1.

Got it fixed. Went out and kicked the key on to check to see if I could get a flash on the FI light. Fuel pump sounded horrible. Then I new what it was. I took off the seat, and the neg. battery terminal had come loose just enough that when riding the bike, it would lose the ground connection. That is what was making it drop off when riding. Thanks for the reply,
Scott
