Default 02 F4I Power issues

Ok so i know this has gone around, And i have used the search section to my witts end. I bought a downed 02 f4i and have been peicing it together for the past couple weeks/months, I have just installed a new to me harness that is in excellent shape. Only problem is that when i turn the key on i get nothing, when i say nothing i mean no lights, blinks, flashes, or anything of that nature when i turn the kill switch on and hit the start the is a clicking noise coming form the starter relay/solenoid i think is the name. the peice with the 30Amp fuse. battery is good no issues there, bank angle sensor is off even when i try the jumper i get nothing, going to try again looking at the fuse think i overlooked and didnt fully check the main one. But any ideas would be great also is there a chance it could be the ECM????

Did you check the 30a main fuse? It's on the side of the fuse box under a cover.
