well my bikes fi light blinks seven times -ect malfunction. Been riding it with the light (dumb move) well i was out on a ride yesterday and the bike stopped running it was getting fuel so after i pushed it home i charged up the battery and put fresh gas in it it rolls over you can hear the fuel pump and smell gas. i got the occasional puff of smoke out the exhaust like it wanted to fire. so i pulled the plugs and they were fowled out bad.. my question is would the ECT cause a rich mixture and since its throwing that code do i just replace it or could there be something elts causing it to malfunction.
