2002 CBR 600 F4i ECT sensor failure
Hi
Would an ECT sensor failure stop my engine to run ?
Went I turn the bike on the FI light blinks 7 time and the engine won't run.

Ect issue
Hi.
I have a 2002 CBR 600 fsport. PC35 engine and
I have the same issue, i read some comments on this forum and followed instrutions on checking fault codes.
Just had it back from the local bike garage as it was stood empty of fuel for a while and wouldnt start. So new fuel pump, battery and a bit of a tinker and she started. Big smile. However, she started to run really ruff once i got her home and then stalled. So i tried to start her and she only just started and runs like she is miss firing. The Fi light is blinking 7 times. Which i found out is a ECT sensor/conection issue. So i am going to buy a sensor, change it, change all spark plugs and then try again.
