Default 01 cbr problems

So again here I am spent a lot of my money on parts to fix and its running rough. I changed my cct and before it didnt have any idleing problems. And now it wont go below 2500 rpm at all. I think I got a vacum line wrong but I want to make sure before I tear it all apart again. Thanks for the answers!

so i just looked on pg.111-112 of the owner's manual.
-Left stator side. you'll see a round plastic part with 5 smaller circles indented into it. looks like an old pistol chamber.
On the top left of that there is a throttle stop screw.
Be sure it is a warm engine of at least 10 mins of stop and go riding time.
Turn off engine, park and set out kickstand
Put into neutral and start.
adjust idle speed with the throttle stop screw (idle speed in neutral is 1300)

Retrace your steps. Something in the repair isn't right. Could be a vacuum line, but could it have jumped timing when the cct was removed?

They do have an idle adjustment, but don't mess with that until the real problem has been discovered. Low coolant can cause a high idle. The wax unit needs to have hot coolant going through it to bring the idle down.

Is that the sensor on top of the air box. I also just replaced my cct and the bike has a high idle and was looking for ideas in what could be causing it before tearing her down again
