I'm interested, would it be ABS plastic like fairings? Fiberglass?

Do you think it would be difficult to use the same materials and process to create a seat cover similar to the one below for the 04-06 single seat?

I like this cover but the cheapest I have found one is ~€60 (unpainted) which seems rather expensive.

It easily becomes fiber glass and half-radio pitch. The back part of sitting is fitted by a polyethylene film. Polyurethane foam is brought, cut off superfluous, the dividing layer and then fiber glass. In total. You have a cover. The price of materials is no more than $20. But I don't know, on how many at you straight arms what to make it most. $60 - the normal price think.
