i was looking on ebay and some fairing sets say 01-06 and other say 01-03 or 04-06. i was woundering besides the split tail is the 01-03 the same as 04-06? i think i saw somewhere that the lower fairing is a little diffrent between the two also not sure though. is this correct? any info on this be great thanks.

 

they mount up the same but there is a difference...some one posted it in another form! The difference in my op is very minor!!

yes i knew of the older ones being longer on the right than the newer ones. was more concerned about the mounting. but you say its the same so cool thanks. do you think it might hit the exhaust pipe if i put the longer one on?
