touring or double bubble wanted
i am looking for a touring or double bubble. something BIG to really cut down the wind on long rides. i would like to get a used one to save on cost. i am just going to paint it black so it dont have to be in perfect condition.
im afriad to buy of ebay, due to fitment. i dont even know if my front assembly is 'stock', my current windscreen looks home made lol.. thanks!!

I got one of the Powerbronze touring shields for my 98F3. It basically raised a 3"
lip vs the stock form. It helps some, the wind breaks about shoulder level.
I'm thinking of using the old OEM and cutting the top off of it and forming a winglet,
with rubber washer spacers, to get it to break just above my eyes.
Good luck, Ern

If I can create a spoiler that is easily removable, I could make a larger than average spoiler to really cut down on the wind for a long ride (Not sure on the effects of fuel consumption), but take it off and still have my low, stylish windscreen for daily cruising around town.
