Throttle position sensor plastic spline thing
Hey folks, I bought a set of carbs for dirt cheap and the only thing missing is the little plastic insert that goes inside the TPS, anyone help me out?

it looks like this tiny thing is going to eat into any money to make on these carbs 😒 could have sworn I had a spare. Wonder if you could make one..

I would say that if one had a 3D printer it shouldn’t be too difficult to make one.
Other than that I think you could shape a solid piece of plastic to work.
it’s ridiculous how much they want for that thing. There’s not a penny’s worth of material in 10 of them.
