Well, its closing in on that time of the year where snow will paint the landscape white. So, today I arranged a space for this seasons winter storage for my dear old F2.
I'm not gonna put it away just yet though. Theres still a few weeks left of nice autumn-days left this side of winter.

took the old f2 to the ride of the century got wet but it was worth it

I spent the weekend JB Welding/fiberglassing the old fairings together and ordered replacements for the broken mechanical parts (the ones in my signature). I hope to get to attempt to start her by the weekend!!

Yep I hear you. I did that with my summer cars and made a little spot for my F2 as well. Couple more weeks and it will go into storage as well. Summer went by fast.

Had it out yesterday and it kept stalling at idle. Had to take the back roads home. So today I cleaned the top side of the carb, and seafoamed them.... runs great once again. A good band aid till winter.

Finished wet sanding my fairings and then went on a small ride.

today, i have decided to do a f4i conversion so once the season is over and it gets too cold to ride, i will begin the project...

I like that color, but why did you paint the fuel door? Are you going to apply clear?
