I have a good #1 from the set i just took off lol!

I'm still chasing 2 problems.

1: I have vibration from 4-6k. My tank is rigidly mounted and the top center of it vibrates to the point i can hear it cruising at 70. I feel the vibs through the foot pegs and grips. I'm going to isolate my tank with some gromets but that's only bandaiding the problem. The vibes are theres free reving the bike, clutch in or out too. I have a manual CCT that i made. Any chance at all that it's not adjusted correctly? only noise i have at idle is tranny rumbling with the clutch out.

2: Headlights on (i have r6 fairings) fan comes on.... bike loops idle a few times then dies. This is with idle set about 1500rpms. If i turn the lights off the bike will idle for a long time even down to 1200rpms or so...
