Default non starting help

i have a 94 f2. bike ran when i parked it 2 weeks ago. voltage was a little low being it has been cold. went to start it and it just cranks and cranks. occasionally backfires. wont even with starting fluid. so i pulled the plugs. they were wet. i figured they would be. so i wiped em down and hit the electrode with some emery. grounded the plug. sparks are nice and bright but doesnt jump across. it goes to the edge of the plug. should i get new ones? running ngk cr9eh. it doesnt get riden extremely hard but is spirited from time to time. should i try a different one?

You can have a good spark on the fouled plugs when they are cleaned up & out of the cylinder. But when installed in the cylinder under compression not have spark or very weak spark. Put some new plugs in & see what happens. You could get a spark checker & test the output of the coils while you are there. A good ignition system will jump at least an 8mm gap.
