Default no start but cranks

i just traded this bike for my old car. worked fine and i rode it before i took it then he delievered it in a pick up truck to my house and then the next day it would start i figured it was the carbs so i rebuild them. put them back in and then tried it . still didnt start. so i looked at the harness and i noticed that it was all hacked up so i bought a new untouched one . when i was assembeling it i noticed that it was missing alot of sensors so i bought all the ones that it was mising so not everything iss all hooked up as its so posed to but the stator connect was cut off on the olf harness so i bought a new one but wasnt sure about what yellow wire goes where they all look the same can someone please help me

The three yellow wires from the stator are completely interchangeable.

Try simply turning the idle adjustment **** clockwise, in case it's just set too low.

Idle should be at about 1200 RPM

If it's an F2 petcock, down is on, up is reserve, and forward is off.
