dude, BUMP START! works like a champ. no need to get a new motor cause the button start dont work. listen... Choke=on, ignition=on, put it in first, pull the clutch in, get off the bike and run next to it until you are running as fast as you can with the bike and hop on and dump the clutch at the same time. works like a champ. doesnt hurt to twist the throttle a little as you dump the clutch. also, sometimes it takes more than one try. just do that and you will have saved yourself 300 bucks. trust me, your bike will clutch start.

I mean I could, but I typically use my bike a lot... to work, to school, home on the weekends. Its gonna b kinda a pain for me to bump start it EVERY time I need to ride. Plus I just found one for $150

IMO that's a terrible suggestion. Yeah, it'll work. I had to do it a few time when my R/R took a dump. Its a pain. Its obnoxious. Its somewhat embarrassing.

When I was having battery problems and went our with friends I get pushed to get going first then everyone would get on theirs, was sooooo embarrassing. First time it happened was at the beach XD.

First time it happened to me was at a Walmart. How fitting.

I'm sure mine wasn't the only vehicle in that lot that needed to be push started..

Well, between having no bike at all, and having to bump start a bike, I'll take bump starting any day.

EDIT: I'm also shameless, and will eat off the ground, bang fat chicks, and ask for other peoples leftovers.
