Default internal motor problems

i think i might ahve some piston wrist pin noise going on. i thought it might be valves needed to be adjusted but it only ticks under a load. it never ticks at idle. only when i let out on the clutch and im giving it gas but if i pull the clutch in while im riding it goes away. i might be needing a new motor soon blllaaaahh any thoughs or suggestions i might just tear the motor apart. its not the cct its manual and it only does it under a load. sand man where are you lol

My CCT only makes noise under a load. It is adjusted just tight enough to be quiet on idle but to start making noise on acceleration/load. I guess the question is, are you familiar with the noise of a CCT? It is fairly high-pitched, more of a "clattering".

Sorry I don't have any experience with piston wrist pin noise to help diagnose. But, I've been told that we as humans tend to exaggerate the diagnosis of problems in our head. A loose wrist pin is, statistically speaking, highly unlikely. Your piston would have to wear the wrist pin hole oblong?

Yeah it does seem unlikey and your right about hinking of **** and over doing it. I think it might be because im running lean ive got my new jet kit on the way. But the noise is only under a load and it seems to get worse when it gets hotter. Idk these bikes **** me off so much maitnance and not enough time in the day

Default lean

In my experience my bikes have made what seemed like more valve noise when they were lean so im with you on fixing that. And even if thats not it you may need to adjust the valves which isnt that bad and look at the bright side after the valves and the jetting your good as gold just cruise and change your oil. lol
