Silly and embarassing but how do i remove the seat from my 93 cbr 600

do i have to take off the whole rear section??? i cannot see away for the seat to come off..Help me please ...

Take off the rear fairings, there is a little half twist phillips head down where your legs would be, then just gently pry them off, the rest of the tail fairing is held on by rubber grommets. Once those are removed there are two either 12 or 14mm head bolts to unbolt the seat (don't remember what size exactly since I don't use the f2 seat). Then your good to go.

Then build yourself a set of spring loaded seat latches so you dont have to take the tail off anymore.
